Pacific Cascade Mortgage is a credit union service organization for Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union and has been servicing the needs of credit union members since 2003. Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative, governed by volunteers, and dedicated to enhancing the members well being by providing a wide range of competitive services in a warm and friendly mauner.

David Hancock joined our team in 2011 and he brings over 22 years of real estate lending experience to Pacific Cascade Mortgage. David spent the past 15 years working as a wholesale account executive providing loan products to the Oregon real estate lending community. David's inside understanding of the loan industry will aid him in helping members realize their real estate lending goals. David will strive to provide a level of personalized service that will keep our members coming back.
